Armored and Metal Doors

Armored and Metal Doors

Your safety in what matters most to us.

Armored doors.

We offer you a wide range of security systems to protect your home.
Armored doors are made of steel and designed with wooden plates with a purely aesthetic function. An armored door is much more resistant than an armored door, since the manufacturing materials and security accessories have higher quality and resistance to attacks by professional thieves.

The term "armored" is not as well known as armored, but in this case we are talking about a door with superior materials in terms of resistance and that fits perfectly in the aesthetic section.

Its structural shielding is made of steel with double-sided sheet metal (0.8 mm closing sheet metal).
3 transverse nerves.
Perimeter reinforcements type L.
Front U-type tray.
Rear tray type L.

Metal doors

The Metallic Doors are built by two galvanized steel sheets, 1 mm thick, stamped and assembled by shaping their edges (without welding), obtaining specific configurations and fit between the two sheets (front and rear), resulting in a set compact structural.

The closed structure around its perimeter is made up of the two plates that make up the door, which is filled with polyurethane foam by injection, forming a "metal-insulator-metal" assembly.

The sheets can be lacquered, or they can be made directly from sheet metal covered with vinyl, whose finish imitates wood or white vinyl, being prepared to withstand the elements perfectly.

Benefits:

1.- Acoustics:
It is measured in decibels (dB) and represents the ability to prevent noise from passing through the door.
2.- Air:
Air permeability is measured in classes ranging from 0 to 4 and indicating the ability to prevent air from passing.
3.- Thermal:
It is indicated by a U (measured in W / m2oC) and represents the ability to prevent heat exchange between two environments. The lower it is
the U value, the lower the energy passage between both faces and therefore better the insulating capabilities of the product.
4.- Water:
Water tightness is measured in classes ranging from 0 to 9 and indicating the ability to prevent water from passing.
5.- Wind:
Wind resistance is measured in classes ranging from 0 to 5, which indicate the mechanical resistance of the security door to gusts of wind.
Security:

Technology for the security of your home. Because security does not have to be an unattainable plus for your home, you can have access to a security contribution.

  • Class 3 antiefraction:
It is the ability to resist attempts toburglary measured through exposure to static and dynamic loads and simulation of burglary attempts made with hand tools, screwdrivers, etc. for a maximum duration of the test of 20 minutes.
